12-month Lorvyo limited warranty

Lorvyo provides a 12-month limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects, including new Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 purchased from Lorvyo. This is a seller warranty provided by Lorvyo; it is not a promise of coverage under the manufacturer's warranty.

Getting help

Email support@Lorvyo.com with your order number, product model and a description of the fault. Photos or a short video can help us diagnose the problem. We may suggest troubleshooting, then arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund solution according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Coverage

Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications and ordinary wear are outside this voluntary warranty, except where statutory rights require otherwise. The warranty is separate from the voluntary return period. It does not remove legal rights relating to faulty goods.
