2. Using Our Website

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person's information or interfere with the website's security or operation.

3. Product Information

Review the product description, model, condition, selected option, compatibility information and price before ordering.

We aim to display accurate product information and images. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear, but this does not excuse material differences between the goods supplied and their description.

Manufacturer names and trademarks identify the relevant products and their owners. Lorvyo is the seller unless expressly stated otherwise. A product listing does not, by itself, represent that Lorvyo is affiliated with or endorsed by its manufacturer.

4. Orders and Availability

Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.

If an availability, pricing or product-information error prevents us from fulfilling your order as agreed, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

If an affected order is cancelled, any payment collected for that order will be refunded. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Prices, Currency and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency associated with your selected market, where supported. The checkout shows the payment currency and total payable before you place your order.

Any applicable sales taxes and optional charges are disclosed before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees.

Payment processing is handled through the payment services available at checkout and is subject to their applicable terms.

6. Shipping and Import Charges

Lorvyo offers free standard shipping with no minimum order value to:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Estimated delivery is 10–15 days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Timing can vary due to the destination, customs processing, holidays and carrier operations.

Lorvyo covers customs duties and import taxes for shipments to these supported countries. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact support@Lorvyo.com so we can arrange a resolution.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed or an order is delayed, lost or damaged. These delivery estimates do not restrict remedies available under applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for return conditions, shipping responsibilities, refunds and warranty support.

Any Lorvyo commercial warranty is additional to statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Promotions

A promotion applies only when its stated conditions are met and the applicable discount is reflected in checkout before payment.

Any eligibility requirements, exclusions and expiry dates will be stated with the promotion. Contact us before placing your order if a displayed promotion does not apply as expected.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content is owned by Lorvyo or used with the rights of the relevant owners. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law. These Terms do not grant a general right to reproduce website content for commercial purposes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payment services, carriers and other service providers may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Links to external websites do not transfer responsibility for their content to Lorvyo. Our use of service providers does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.
