Shipping Destinations
Lorvyo currently ships to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping to all supported countries, with no minimum order value.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 10–15 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, public holidays and local carrier operations.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact support@Lorvyo.com with your order number so we can investigate.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Lorvyo covers customs duties and import taxes for orders shipped to our supported countries.
If a carrier or customs authority requests an import payment, contact support@Lorvyo.com before paying so we can arrange a resolution.
Any applicable sales taxes charged at checkout will be shown before payment.
Shipping Address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your postal code and any required apartment or unit number.
If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries
Contact support@Lorvyo.com if your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located.
For damaged deliveries, please retain the packaging and provide photographs where reasonably possible. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. This request does not restrict your applicable consumer rights.
