Position the earhooks around your ears, then try the five included ear-tip sizes to find a comfortable seal. The reinforced hooks help hold the earbuds in place, while the tip fit influences both bass and noise control.

Manufacturer-rated listening reaches up to 10 hours on the earbuds and up to 45 hours including case recharges with ANC off. A five-minute Fast Fuel charge can provide up to 1.5 hours of playback. Recharge the case with USB-C or a compatible Qi pad; runtime varies with use.

Battery ratings, compatibility and care
Battery and charging figures are manufacturer-rated maximums under specified test conditions. Volume, calls, noise-control modes, codecs and connected devices change actual runtime. Advanced audio, app, fitness and ecosystem features require supported devices and current software.
Resistance ratings apply to the earbuds under laboratory conditions and can decrease over time. Keep the case and charging contacts dry. Do not charge wet earbuds. Retail accessory appearance and documentation may vary by market.

How do I choose the right ear-tip size?
Try the included sizes and check that each earbud sits comfortably with a consistent seal. Adjust the earhook position before starting a workout.
Does heart-rate monitoring work with every fitness app?
No. It requires a supported device, software version and compatible fitness app or equipment. Check the app you plan to use before relying on this feature.
Is the 45-hour figure a single earbud charge?
No. It includes multiple charges supplied by the case, with ANC off. The earbuds are rated for up to 10 hours per charge; actual runtime varies.
Can I use these with Android?
Yes. Bluetooth listening is supported, and the Beats app unlocks compatible Android settings and features. Apple-specific functions require supported Apple devices.
Is a USB-C charging cable included?
No. The Powerbeats Pro 2 retail box does not include a USB-C charging cable or power adapter. The case also works with compatible Qi wireless chargers, sold separately.
