K1 Clip-On Microphone: Recording a Product Demonstration
Lorvyo Editorial

Plan clear spoken product demos with the K1 by separating the explanation, microphone position and final playback check.
A clip-on microphone can keep narration closer while your hands demonstrate an object. With the K1, prepare the words and the recording setup together so the demonstration remains understandable when the camera moves closer to the product.
Write the action before the script
Break the demonstration into a few visible actions and write one short explanation for each. Pause between actions so you have editing choices. This keeps the recording focused and reduces the temptation to describe several features while the viewer is still looking at the first one.
Check contact during movement
Clip the transmitter where it will not brush against the product, apron or outer clothing. Rehearse the largest hand movement and listen for rubbing in a short sample. The K1's noise-reduction feature does not establish that handling noise will be removed automatically.
Review the saved clip
Play the recording through headphones or another suitable output and check whether the explanation stays clear during the demonstration. Verify that the selected USB-C or Lightning receiver works with the actual recording app. A physically matching plug is only one part of a compatible setup.

Can noise reduction replace a movement rehearsal?
No. Listen to a short test with the same clothing and actions you will use in the real demonstration.
